22934SC Self-Contained Unit

The Lintern line-up of severe-duty self-contained units has been engineered to utilize environmentally acceptable refrigerants and compatible lubricants. The 229SC is ideal where the application requires a single, self-contained unit. The 229SC is widely used for crane cabs and other enclosures to cool and protect personnel and equipment.

Designed for applications where ambient operating temperatures range from 80°F (26°C) to 140°F (60°C), and where equipment may be exposed to dirty and corrosive environments or high vibration.

The 22934SC offers these unique features and benefits:

  • Heavy-Duty Frame Construction: 14-Gauge epoxy painted mild steel welded frame for greater durability and corrosion resistance in industrial environments. Optional embossed 304 or 316 stainless steel frame.

  • Wide Fin Spacing: Condenser coil is 6 fins per inch (4.2 mm), evaporator coil is 8 fins per inch (3.2mm fin spacing) heavy gauge hardened aluminum alloy fins 0.0095 (0.251mm) and copper tubes. Allows for maintenance-free operation in dirty environments.

  • Corrosion Protection: Complete 304 stainless steel frame with epoxy coated condenser coil and copper tubes as a standard.

  • Compressor: Hermetic Scroll Compressor.

  • Refrigerants: Designed for operation with the following environmentally acceptable refrigerant: HFC-134a.

  • Capacity: 11,500 - 23,000 BTUH (3.4kW - 6.7kW) with 80°F     (27°C). Capacity can vary depending on refrigerant type, evaporator selection, blower option and return air temperature.

  • Dimensions: 30.00" [762mm] (W) X 33.50" [851mm] (L) x 21.00" [533mm] (H).

  • Power Supply: 230/460/3/60 VAC, 380-415/3/50 VAC. Other voltages available also.
