Condensate Evaporators

The CED-260 is a single tank condensate evaporator and the CED-964 is a dual-tank condensate evaporator. Designed for applications on overhead traveling cranes, working over products or equipment that can be damaged by falling air conditioner condensate. Lintern unique control system gives operators early warning of potential condensate failure.

CED-964 DUAL TANK

The primary tank liquid level sensor detects water level, activating the primary heater element. The liquid level sensor is enclosed in a slosh tube and wired to a 30-second time delay, to eliminate heater contactor chatter during crane movement. If primary tank overflow occurs, an amber light warns operator. The secondary tank utilizes the same control logic as the primary tank. A high water level sensor will activate a red light and shut the air conditioner down through an air conditioner interlock relay. Each tank is equipped with an over-temperature thermostat to protect heater elements from burning out.

CAPACITY: Primary Tank: 3.2 kW (9.8lbs./hr) 1.2 GPH (5.5 LPH)                                                           Secondary Tank:  3.2 kW (9.8lbs./hr) 1.2 GPH (5.5 LPH)

WELDED FRAME: 16 gauge 0.06" (1.5mm) 316 stainless steel. Continuously welded seams. Each tank is equipped with 3/4" FPT (19mm) ports. 3/8" FPT (9.5mm) clean out drains.

VOLTAGES: All universal industrial voltages available.

CONTROLS: 16" x 16" x 6" (406mm x 406mm x 152mm) remote mounted control panel. Amber indicator light for primary tank overflow. Red indicator light for secondary tank high water level and shut down of air conditioner.  30 second time delay on floats to compensate for crane movement. Over temperature thermostat to protect heaters.

CED-260 SINGLE TANK

The tank liquid level sensor detects water level, activating the heater elements in the condensate evaporator. The liquid level sensor is enclosed in a slosh tube and wired to a 30-second time delay, to eliminate heater contactor chatter during crane movement. A high water level sensor will activate a red light and shut the air conditioner down through an air conditioner interlock relay. Each condensate evaporator tank is equipped with an over-temperature thermostat to protect heater elements from burning out.

CAPACITY: 6kW (9.0lbs./hr) 1.0 GPH (4.5 LPH). Two (2) heavy incoloy sheath tubular elements.

Each tank is equipped with 3/4" FPT (19mm) ports. 3/8" FPT (9.5mm) clean out drains.

VOLTAGES: All universal industrial voltages available.

CONTROLS: 16" x 16" x 6" (406mm x 406mm x 152mm) remote mounted control panel. Red indicator light for tank high water level and shut down of air conditioner. 30 second time delay on float to compensate for crane movement. Over temperature thermostat to protect heaters.
