Full Digital Controls
 Full Digital Control is now
available on Lintern Equipment!
Digital Control ensures full measurable control of
all required parameters throughout the air conditioning system.
Eliminates the need for checking and resetting of manual switches for
temperature and pressure devices.
Controls Items (as required) Including:

Room Temperature Setting.
-
High/Low Pressure Settings.
-
Oil Pressure Differential at Compressor.
-
Superheat Operation at Expansion Valve.
-
Compressor Unloading (When Supplied).
-
Motor Overload Trips.
-
Fan Cycling.
-
Other Temperature or Pressure Parameters as
Required.

Multiple Systems can be
Monitored by a Single Controller Board.
All parameters are controlled by a single
controller (CPU), that has been pre-programmed for the specific
application. Parameters can be monitored or revised via local or
remote computer interface with optional converter and/or modem. LED
indicator lights identify the cause of any permanent trip.
The Digital Controller (CPU) also has the storage
capability of 400 data points per channel. This can be viewed or
downloaded to check past performance history of the system. The data can
be used locally for maintenance purposes or The Lintern Corporation can
put a plan in place to monitor your system for you.
Digital Controls are available for all 50/60 Hz
voltage applications.
Digital Controls subject to temperatures above 120°F
(49°C) must be placed inside the conditioned space.
Other options include the use of Variable Frequency
Drive (VFD) technology. Compressor and blower motor speeds can be
controlled. This allows a wide range of capacity control, thus allowing
very stable room temperature control. Digital controls monitor system
temperatures and pressures signaling proper responses from the Variable
Frequency Drives.
