LIC-250 FILTRATION UNIT

 

The Lintern LIC-250 air filtering & pressurization unit is a compact, high-efficiency air cleaner designed to protect operator and control room instrumentation from extreme airborne toxic gases and particulate matter.

The LIC-250 is suitable for mounting on crane cabs or control cabinets in lead and copper smelting plants. It also is recommended for use on mining or heavy construction equipment, operating in high dust environments.











 

The LIC-250 offers these unique features and benefits:
 

Five Stages of Filter Media: Removes 99.97% of airborne particulate of 0.3 microns or larger. LM-6000 media is reactive to several gases. This includes Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S), Sulfur Trioxide (SO3) and more. For a complete list please contact the factory.
 

 

Filter Train: No. 1 Filter: Electrostatic pre-filter, washable. No. 2 Filter: Disposable 2" (50mm) Pleated filter. No. 3 & 4 Filter: Two (2) Cells 40 lbs. each with disposable media of Zeolite impregnated with potassium permanganate. No. 5 Filter: Absolute HEPA filter using a disposable glass medium. 99.97% efficient on particulate of 0.3 microns or larger.

 

Versatile cabinet design: Allows the unit to mounted internally or externally to the enclosure. A slide plate is supplied for return air adjustment. Variable frequency drive package with pressure transducer to automatically maintain internal room pressure. Optional 316 stainless steel frame available.

 

Captivated quick release fasteners: Fasteners are 1/4 turn handles that facilitate filter change.
